You can imagine this figure like your career. You must struggle to get the blue colour on the top, but that isn't easy road, you have to walking up to get it and in each step of ladder you will be struck by some obstacles afterward you have to solve that problem by your self or maybe involved your friends. Usually if you have been on the top you always forget where you were starting your career. Occansionally you didn't hear what people in the downstair say even they are your best friends, because on the top so many wind attack to shut your ears.
